不同剂型中药制剂治疗奶牛乳房炎的研究进展

Research progress of different dosage forms of Chinese herbal preparations in treatment of mastitis in dairy cows

奶牛乳房炎是奶牛的乳腺组织受到物理、化学、微生物等刺激后出现的一种炎性变化,是奶牛业危害最严重的疾病之一。尽管这些年来国内外一直都在研制新药剂防治奶牛乳房炎,但至今未能提出一个彻底的解决办法,仍然避免不了给畜牧业带来巨大经济损失。文章通过系统地阐述近十年来国内外研究的相关中药新型制剂在临床上用于治疗奶牛乳房炎的疗效,综合比较不同中药剂型的优劣,以期为临床上研究更多的新剂型治疗奶牛乳房炎提供数据支持和参考。

Mastitis is a kind of inflammatory response that occurs in breast tissue of cow caused by physical, chemical or microbial stimulation. It is one of the most dangerous diseases in the dairy cattle industry. Although many new drugs have been developed both at home and abroad to prevent mastitis over the past years, it has not been possible to come up with a radical solution. There is still a huge economic loss to the healthy development of animal husbandry. In this paper, the therapeutic effect of new Chinese herbal preparation on the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows has been systematically expounded in the past ten years, and the advantages and disadvantages of different Chinese herbal compound have been compared comprehensively. It is expected that these discussions can provide data support and reference for the development of more new dosage forms of drugs for the treatment of mastitis in dairy cows.
