螺旋藻多糖对小鼠精子和睾丸细胞染色体畸变研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过小鼠精子畸变和睾丸细胞染色体畸变试验,探讨螺旋藻多糖对雄性小鼠的生殖毒性。方法试验设三个剂量组为0.85g·kg-1,1.7g·kg-1,3.4g·kg-1,经口灌胃进行试验,取小鼠睾丸和附睾分别制备标本,分别观察并计算各剂量组小鼠的精子畸变和睾丸细胞染色体畸变率。结果螺旋藻多糖各剂量组小鼠的精子和睾丸细胞染色体畸变率与空白对照均无显著性差异(P>0.05),而阳性对照组环磷酰胺与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论螺旋藻多糖各剂量组对雄性小鼠无生殖毒性作用。 BJECTIVE To explore the reproductive toxic effect of the Spirulina polysaccharides on sperm ab- normality and chromosome aberration in testicle cell test in male mice. METHODS The Spirulina polysaccharides were intragastrical administration at doses of 0. 85g· kg-1 ,1.7g. kg-1 ,3.4g·kg-1 ,theft the rates of sperm abnormal- ity and chromosome aberration in testicle cell were calculated. RESULTS There was no significant difference between the solvent control group and the treated group of the rates of sperm abnormality and chromosome aberration in testicle cell(P 〉 0. 05 ), while significant difference was observed between the positive control group and the solvent control group(P 〈0. 01 ). CONCLUSION The Spirulina polysaccharides did not induce reproductive toxicity in male mice.
