摘要
目的优选中药菊花的提取工艺。方法以菊花指纹图谱中9个主要色谱峰面积和抑制IL-1β的生物活性为评价指标,采用正交试验和基于生物活性的加权综合评价方法对菊花的提取工艺进行优选。结果菊花最佳提取工艺为,采用80%乙醇回流提取,加入12倍乙醇量,提取2次,1次40min。结论优选的工艺稳定、合理,且具有较强的抗炎活性,对多成分中药工艺的研究具有一定参考意义。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction periment were applied to optimize the extraction process process of Chrysanthemi Flos. METHODS Orthogonal ex- through integrating the content of nine main peaks with the activity against IL-113 by weighting,among the fingerprint of Chrysanthemi Flos. RESULTS The optimal extraction was that the drid herb was refluxed twice in ethanol-water (8:2, v/v) solution at a ration of 1:12 (w/v) for 40rain. CONCLUSION The optimal extraction process is reliable and the extraction of Chrysanthemi Flos has a good activity against inflammation, which is significant to the extraction process of herbs based on spectrum activity.
