40批次蒲黄的质量分析

Quality Analysis of Pollen typhae in 40 Batches

目的对34个厂家的40批次蒲黄饮片进行质量分析。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版一部及国家食品药品监督管理局药品检验补充检验方法和项目批准件(编号:2007007)的方法,检测项目为性状、鉴别、灰分、含量测定等全部项目。结果共有15批次样品不合格,其中总灰分和酸不溶性灰分有11批次不合格,9批次染色。结论各厂家蒲黄质量差异较大,其中掺伪问题是导致蒲黄不合格的主要因素。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the quality of Pollen typhae in 40 batches from 34 companies. METHODS The samples were detected according to the first part of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and State Food and Drug Adminis- tration inspection and additional testing methods and project approval documents （2007007）. The all test items in- cluded description,identification, ashes, assay, etc. RESULTS A total of 15 batches failed to company with the test standards, 11 batches were unqualified due to the total ash and acid insoluble ash content much higher than the standards. And 9 batches were determined contain auramine O. CONCLUSION There are great variances in Pollen typhae which from different companies. Especially the adulteration issues are the main factors leading to substandard Pollen typhae.
