摘要
低温淡水系统压力下降和压力波动通常是淡水泵本身出现机械性损坏或淡水泵发生汽蚀所致。文章从事故现象入手,通过观察表面现象并对低温淡水系统做全面检查和分析,确认低温淡水系统压力下降和波动是由于空气压缩机冷却器垫床长期使用后高温老化、破碎,导致高压空气进入船舶低温淡水系统所引起。为避免再次出现同样故障,将原来的橡胶垫床更换为厚纸板垫床。
For the low-temperature fresh-water system, pressure fall and wave are usually led by mechanical damage of the fresh-water pump itself or cavitaton. In this paper, the low-temperature fresh-water system was checked and analyzed overall. It was confirmed that the pressure fall and wave were because of the high pressure air inlet of the system after the aging and broken on air compressor chiller ballast bed. To avoid the same fault, the rubber ballast bed was replaced into the thick cardboard one.
