Analysis to the information fusion system of radar and AIS in vessel navigation

船舶自动识别系统(AIS)是集船舶导航、避碰、海事监管于一体的无线电系统,在水上交通运输领域里发挥着重要作用。而雷达同样是海上交通获取船舶目标信息的重要设备。二者目标信息在内容信息和数据精度上存在差异性,且具有互补性。为了获得船舶目标更精确和更可靠的信息,将其目标信息进行融合。文章提出了一种雷达与AIS信息融合的实现方法,并描述了将其实现的具体过程。

Automatic Identification System （AIS） is a radio system integrated with vessel navigation, colli- sion avoidance and maritime supervision, which plays an important role in the field of water transportation. Radar is also a kind of important equipment to obtain targets information in marine traffic. The content and accuracy of the both are different, but with complement for each other in a certain sense. To obtain more reliable and precise tar- gets information, information fusion is necessary. An information fusion method of Radar and AIS is proposed, and the implementation process is described concretely.
