摘要
FPSO作为海洋工程装备的定制式产品,具有技术高度集成、设备配套广泛、设计建造并行、建造工程量大且复杂等特点。加强FPSO项目计划及进度控制技术的研究,对于管控项目执行过程中诸多不可预见性风险,具有重要意义。文章主要从项目计划编制、项目计划进度测量及项目计划进度监控3方面进行了详细论述。
As a customized product of marine engineering equipment, FPSO is with characteristics of highly integrated technology, extensive equipment support, parallel design and build and large amount of complex con- struction. Strengthening the research of FPSO project scheduling and controlling technology is of great significance for controlling many unforeseen risks in the process of project management. In this paper, the three aspects are mainly discussed： project planning; schedule measurement and project schedule monitoring.
