课堂录像在大学英语教师反思性教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章选取6位教龄不同、教育背景不同的大学英语教师作为研究对象,请他们单独观看或同别人一起观看其本人课堂教学的录像,然后通过问卷调查和访谈等方式了解他们观看录像后对自己的教学进行反思的情况。研究发现,利用课堂录像进行反思性教学是一种行之有效的方式,它对各个年龄层次的教师都起作用,对年轻教师提高教学水平尤其有帮助。 As an important way of reflective teaching, watching our own classroom video to improve teaching has scarcely been used in the past in China. 6 teachers of different teaching backgrounds were chosen as subjects. They were invited to watch their own teaching video and then gave reflection to their teaching video through questionnaire and interview. The research concludes that watching one' s own classroom teaching video is an effective way to help to improve our teaching skills, and it applies to teachers of all ages.
