结合目前煤与瓦斯突出防治技术,阐述了煤与瓦斯突出监测报警系统的布设原则,煤与瓦斯突出判定方法及报警避难方法。该方法确保煤与瓦斯突出事故发生时,井下人员安全撤离;及时准确判断煤与瓦斯突出事故发生时间、地点,一定程度避免煤与瓦斯突出事故发生后可能的瓦斯爆炸及煤尘爆炸等灾害,使煤与瓦斯突出事故造成的损失降至最低。

Combining the coal and gas outburst prevention and control technology at present, this paper expounds the coal and gas outburst monitoring alarm system layout principles, methods of coal and gas outburst and alarm refuge method. This method ensures the safety of underground personnel when coal and gas outburst accidents occur, and timely and accurately determines the time and place of coal and gas outburst accident, and avoids possible gas explosion and dust explosion disasters after coal and gas outburst accidents to a certain extent, and minimizes the losses caused by coal and gas outburst accidents.
