“一带一路”背景下黑龙江省对俄旅游合作分析与对策建议

Analyses of and Countermeasures on Heilongjiang Province's Tourism Cooperation with Russia in the background of the Belt and Road

近年来,随着中俄两国经济文化交流的不断扩大,两国旅游业合作也蓬勃发展。黑龙江省作为对俄经贸的桥头堡,由于具有发展对俄合作的众多有利因素,因而在对俄旅游合作中占据比较重要的地位。目前,通过黑龙江省口岸入境的俄罗斯游客占全国俄罗斯游客接待总量的半壁江山,入境俄罗斯的黑龙江省游客数量也均在百万人次。未来该省应着力提高对俄旅游产品质量、完善公共服务、加快旅游综合系统开发,并大力加强对该省旅游资源在俄境内的宣传。

In the recent years, with the expansion of Sino - Russian economic and cultural exchanges, tourism cooperation has flourished. As a bridgehead for economic and trade cooperation with Russia, Heilongjiang Province plays an important role in tourism cooperation with Russia because of favorable factors. At present, the number of Russian tourists entering China from Hei- longjiang Province＇ s ports accounts for half of the total, and the number of Heilongjiang people on trip to Russia amounts to mil- lion. In the future Heilongjiang Province should focus on improvement of the quality of travel products, public services, compre- hensive system of tourism, and propagandize tourism resources in Russia.
