摘要
【目的/意义】组织双元能力是产学研知识创新协同演化的内生动力机制。研究阐释了双元能力与产学研知识创新协同演化的耦合机理,为产学研合作创新绩效的实现提供借鉴和启示。【方法/过程】基于组织双元性理论和知识创新理论,构建双元能力影响产学研知识创新协同演化的理论框架,以及契合各主体间动态反馈行为的系统动力学模型,并进行仿真和灵敏度分析。【结果/结论】研究表明,产学研合作创新网络中各主体间基于创新性知识的供求关系为开展双元型合作提供条件,双元能力与产学研知识创新增量之间呈现倒U型关系。
[Purpose/significance]Organization ambidextrous competence is endogenous power mechanism of industry-uni- versity-research knowledge innovation synergy evolution. This paper explained the synergy evolution mechanism between ambidextrous competence and industry-university-research knowledge innovation, which provides reference and enlighten- ment for achieving industry-university-research cooperative innovation performance. [ Method/process ]] Based on organiza- tion ambidextrous competence and knowledge innovation theories, this paper built a theoretical framework about organiza- tion ambidextrous competence' s effect on industry-university-research knowledge innovation, using system dynamics mod- el of feedback behavior between different subjects to simulation and sensitivity analysis. [Result/conclusion] The result showed that, innovative knowledge supply and demand of multiple subjects in the industry-university-research knowledge innovation network provide conditions for developing cooperation, meanwhile, ambidextrous competence and the increment of industry-university-research knowledge innovation presents inverted U-shaped relationship.
