近几年,我国建筑业飞速发展,产业规模不断扩大,产业结构不断升级。随着我国经济跨越式发展,资源需求和供给之间的矛盾日益突出,绿色施工作为可持续性发展战略在工程施工中越来越受到重视。结合实际项目,分别从绿色施工部署、绿色施工措施以及绿色施工新技术应用与创新三个方面展开。在先进科技指导下的绿色施工,不仅可以降本增效提高企业的经济效益,也可以节约资源,保护环境,实现建筑与环境的和谐发展。

In recent years, the development of construction industry is very rapid in our country, industrial scale and industrial structure upgrade. With the leapfrog development of economy, the contradiction between resource supply and demand is increasingly outstanding, green construction as a sustainable development strategy in the engineering construction gets more attention of the society from all walks of life. Combining with the actual project, the authors explain that .from three aspects, respectively from the deployment of green construction, green construction measures and green construction application of new technology and innovation. With the advanced science and technology green construction, we can promote the beneficial efficiency in enterprises, also can save resources, protect the environment, realize the harmonious development of the buildings and the environment.
