摘要
超高层建筑施工活动的显著特点是施工高度高、作业环境复杂、危险源众多。各专业平行作业和立体交叉区域人员聚集导致安全管理难度增大。因此,施工阶段的安全防护设计及选型已成为超高层建筑中一项关键技术,它不仅涉及建筑造型、结构形式,而且与施工工艺密切联系。安全防护选型既要综合考虑各工种、各工序、各专业的交叉影响,又要兼顾业主、专业分包的特殊需求。结合中国国际贸易中心三期B阶段工程,详述了复杂环境下、敏感地区的超高层建筑安全防护系统的形式、选型及效果。
The distinctive features of super high-rise building construction activity is high construction height, complex working environment and many hazards and dangerous assignments. At the same time, each major and interchange area personnel gathered in parallel operation safety management more difficult. Safety precaution design and selection of construction stage, therefore, has become a super high-rise building one key technology, it not only involves architectural modeling, structure, and closely connected with construction technology. Security selection should not only consider the type of work, each working procedure, each professional cross influence, and to give attention to both the owner and the specific requirements of the professional subcontractor. According to the China international trade center project phase 3B stage, particularly describes safety precaution system, selection and effect of super high-rise building under complex environment.
