摘要
目前大跨径悬索桥索鞍吊装施工难度大、安全风险高。在介绍驸马长江大桥主、散索鞍施工的同时,结合驸马长江大桥自身施工特点,简述了在施工过程中对南岸散索鞍吊装施工工序进行优化,并对起吊试验方案及临时吊具设计进行合理的改进。这些技术创新大大节省了施工成本,创造了一定的社会效益。
At present, large span suspension bridge cable saddle hoisting is difficult and is high for safety risk. In this paper, the authors introduce construction of main and secondary cable saddles. And combining with construction characteristics of Fuma Yangtze River Bridge, hoisting sequence of secondary cable saddles is optimized for the south bank during the construction, and hoisting test scheme and temporary hoisting spreader are improved reasonably, which can save construction cost and create some social benefit.
