No-suspender-cable Stiffening Girder Installation Technology in Fuma Yangtze River Bridge

悬索桥无吊索区梁段的安装是悬索桥上部结构安装施工过程中的一个重大技术难题,目前常用的施工方法是支架法或托架法临时固定,也有采用加工临时索夹加吊索进行端梁的临时固定。本文以驸马长江大桥无吊索梁段施工为例,采用在主塔上设置吊点,再加上斜吊索的临时固定,为无吊索梁段的临时固定提供了新的思路。

Installation of no-suspender-cable girder in suspension bridge is very difficult during upper structure installation of suspension bridge. The normal construction method is bracket method for temporary fixation, and also temporary cable holder and hanger cable are used for temporary fixation of end girder. For the no-suspender-cable stiffening girder of Fuma Yangtze River Bridge as an example, the construction method of setting hanging point in main tower and inclined hanging cable for temporary fixation is used which gives a new thought for temporary fixation of no-suspender-cable girder construction.
