某厂房高大模板支撑体系设计与现场实测分析 被引量:8

摘要 基于对高大模板支撑体系的分析,对某钢筋混凝土框架单层厂房高大模板支撑进行设计,施工过程中跟踪实测,监测在混凝土浇筑和养护过程中,支撑体系中的立杆、水平杆、剪刀撑和抱柱件的应变变化情况。实测结果表明,混凝土开始浇筑,立杆和水平杆的应变急剧上升;浇筑结束后,立杆和水平杆的应变趋于稳定;在混凝土养护约24h后,立杆和水平杆的应变明显减小,随后保持稳定。这表明,随着混凝土强度发展,梁板可以承担一部分自重,从而降低了支撑体系的负重。另外,剪刀撑和抱箍对模板支撑体系的稳定性有重要作用。现场测试结果可以为扣件式高大模板支撑体系的设计和应用提供参考。 Based on the analysis of the support system of the high formwork, the paper designs the support of the high formwork of the single-storey building of a reinforced concrete frame, and the actual measurement is tracked in the construction process. Throughout the process of concrete pouring and curing, the strain of upright tube, horizontal tube, bridging and hoop was monitored. Test results show that, both the strain of upright tubes and horizontal tubes increased sharply at the beginning of concrete pouring, after which they tend to be stable. However, after about 24h curing of concrete, the strain of upright tubes and horizontal tubes decreased significantly, and then kept steady. With the development of concrete strength, and the beam-plate structure could bear part of the self-weight, which reduced the load imposed on the support system. In addition, both the bridging and hoop were proved to be important to the stability of the formwork support system. Field test results can provide reference for the design and application of fastener-type high formwork support system.
