地方政府推动高职校企合作长效发展机制探究

On the Theory and Practice of Promoting the Long-term Development of Higher Vocational College-Enterprise Cooperation by Local Government

地方政府是高职教育校企合作中不可或缺的重要主体,承担着合作规划设计者、政策法规制定者、合作信息服务者等角色;地方政府在"协同发展"资源共享""特色发展"的治理理念下,应着重从法律法规、组织机构、合作评估、人才流动等方面不断建立健全相关制度与机制,推动高职教育校企合作的持久、健康发展。

The local government is the indispensable main body in the cooperation between the higher vocational college and enterprise, which plays the roles of the designer of the cooperative planning, the maker of the policies and regulations, and the server of the cooperative information. Under the conception of ＂resource sharing＂ and ＂characteristic development＂, the local government should focus on establishing relevant systems and mechanisms from the aspects of laws and regulations, organizational structure, coop- eration evaluation and talent flow, so as to promote the sustained and healthy cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises.
