摘要
反侦查行为是作案人为掩盖犯罪行为和逃避法律制裁针对侦查行为实施的对抗性行为的总和;反侦查行为具有对抗性、智能性、两面性的特点;防范反侦查行为,能够有效的提高侦查工作的效率,防范反侦查行为需要从提高侦查人员、犯罪分子获取侦查知识和反侦查知识的途径等方面入手。
anti-investigation behavior is the sum total of confrontational behavior of crime to cover up the crime behavior and evade legal sanctions against the implementation of investigation. Anti-investigation behavior has the characteristics of antagonism,intelligence and duplicity, and the prevention of anti-investigation behavior can effectively improve the efficiency of investigation and the technical level of investigators.
