林语堂的语体修辞思想探析

An Analysis of Lin Yutang's Stylistic Rhetoric

林语堂先生的文章早在二十世纪三十年代就论及谈话体、散文体、戏剧体、诗歌体等语体,并以独到的感悟和生动形象的语言说明了多种语体的语言修辞特点,体现了鲜明的语体修辞意识,林语堂的作品也实践着他的语体修辞观,无论是小说还是散文,语言运用自然得体,其语体修辞思想值得我们学习与借鉴。

As early as in the 1930 s, Lin Yutang, with awareness of stylistic rhetoric, dealt with varieties of style in his works, of conversation, prose, drama, poetry etc. and distinguished their features respectively. He practised his stylistic rhetoric in his writings： whether in his novels or prose, language are rhetorically well-employed.
