摘要
教师实际扮演的角色在校园欺凌中发挥着重要的作用,教师角色的失当,使原本应该维护正义、及时终止欺凌行为发生的教师却成为了欺凌行为屡禁不止的实际助推者。这一现象产生的原因在于教师思维逻辑的扭曲,包括善恶观念被刻板印象遮蔽、理性判断过程受感性意识扭曲、反思认知受虚妄质料阻碍、逻辑思辨受思维能力局限。必须通过教师知识体系的完备、善恶观念的培养、理性判断的提升、思辨能力的提高等手段来完成校园欺凌中教师角色的逻辑回归。
Teachers play an important role in school bullying.Teachers who should maintain justice and prevent school bullying are actually fueling this misdemeanor because of irresponsibility and negligence.The reason for their misconduct lies in the distortion of teachers' logical thinking.This paper argues that the reasons for teacher's logical distortions are:the concept of good and evil is obscured by stereotype;the process of rational judgment is distorted by sensibility;the reflection of consciousness is hindered by false material;and the logical thinking is limited by thinking ability.Measures need to be conducted to complete teachers' knowledge system,cultivate their sense of good and evil,improve their rational and critical thinking to fulfill their role in the prevention of school bullying
