中美国土资源领域合作评述与展望

Analysis and Suggestions on Sino-US Cooperation in the Field of Land and Resources

国土资源部建立以来,国土资源系统相关单位与美国有关政府部门、科研机构及高校开展了长期友好合作,建立了良好的合作机制,并通过政策对话、项目合作、技术交流、培训、研讨等方式开展交流合作,取得了重要的成果。本文对中美两国国土资源领域的重点合作进行了研究,介绍了两国国土资源领域的合作现状,分析了中美两国国土资源领域的合作特点,总结了合作成果,并对进一步开展合作进行了展望。

Since the establishment of the Chinese Ministry of Land and Resources, the relevant organizations under MLR have been conducting long-term friendly cooperation with the relevant government departments, research institutions and universities in the U.S. and established sound cooperative mechanisms. The two parties have also achieved important results through policy dialogue, project cooperation, technical communication, training programs and workshops. This paper studies the key cooperation between the two countries in the field of land and mineral resources management, introduces the current situation of cooperation in the field of land and resources in the two countries, analyzes the features of the cooperation mechanism between the two countries, summarizes the cooperation achievements and puts forward some suggestions for further cooperation.
