中德国土资源领域合作评述与展望

Analysis and Suggestions on Sino-Germany Cooperation in the Field of Land and Resources

中德两国视对方为战略伙伴,对世界和平、稳定与繁荣共同承担重要责任。两国商定,加强双边、中欧框架内和国际组织中的合作,并愿为国际热点问题寻求创新的可持续解决方案。中德各领域的合作不断加深。近年来,中国国土资源部与德国有关政府部门、科研机构及高校开展了长期友好合作,建立了良好的部际合作机制,并通过政策对话、项目合作、技术交流、培训、研讨等方式开展交流合作。在地质矿产领域、土地领域的交流合作取得了重要成果。本文对中德两国国土资源领域的重点合作进行了研究,介绍了两国国土资源领域的合作现状,并对进一步开展合作提出了建议。

China and Germany regard each other as a strategic partner and share important responsibilities for world peace, stability and prosperity. The two countries have agreed to strengthen cooperation in bilateral, EU- China frameworks and international organizations and would like to seek innovative and sustainable solutions for international hot issues. The cooperation in various fields between China and Germany has been deepened. In recent years, the Ministry of Land and Resources of China has carried out long-term friendly cooperation with relevant government departments, research institutions and universities in Germany, and established a good inter-ministerial cooperation mechanism and carried out communication and cooperation through policy dialogue, project cooperation, technical exchange, training and discussion. In the fields of geology, mineral resources and land, important results of communication and cooperation have been achieved. This paper studies the key cooperation in the field of land and resources in China and Germany, introduces the current situation of cooperation in the field of land and resources in the two countries, and puts forward some suggestions for further cooperation.
