摘要
文章描述了在教育大数据的应用背景下师范生数据素养教育的新要求,通过分析当前国内外师范生数据素养教育的现状,指出数据意识、数据采集能力、数据分析能力、数据呈现能力、数据决策能力和数据伦理道德是构成教师数据素养的关键因素。通过制定教学标准、组建教学团队、革新教学内容、创设教学环境和教学实践反馈等措施构建师范生数据素养教育模式。最后指出,师范生数据素养培养是一个系统工程,是一个综合性较强的新兴教育研究课题,应当引起教育管理部门、学校及教师(师范生)等方面的足够重视,长期、持续地开展研究和实践,从而有效提升教师的数据素养。
This paper describes new requirements of data literacy education for normal students under the background of big data application in educational field. Through analyzing the present situation of the current data literacy education of normal students at home and abroad, it is pointed out that key factors of teachers' data literacy are composed of data awareness, the ability of data collection, data analysis, data presentation, data decision-making and data morality. By setting teaching standards, establishing teaching team, innovating teaching content, designing teaching environment and feedback of teaching practice, an educational mode of data literacy for normal students is constructed. Since the cultivation of normal students' data literacy is a systematic project, an emerging comprehensive educational research program,education management departments, schools and teachers(normal students) should attach great importance to carry out long-term and sustainable research and practice so as to improve teachers' data literacy effectively.
