美丽乡村建设的系统性思考——以山东省济宁市下辛庄村为例

Systematic Thinking on the Beautiful Village Construction:A Case Study of Xiaxinzhuang Village of Jining,Shandong Province

美丽乡村建设是实现美丽中国的重要方面,而"内外兼修"的系统性发展是实现美丽乡村建设的重要途径。本文首先梳理总结美丽乡村建设发展现状及存在的主要问题,并从完善乡村规划体系、优化规划设计工作方法及转变设计师工作角色三个方面进行系统思考,提出文化挖掘先切入、产业振兴为前提、公众参与是基础、多方协力促发展、以点带面需务实、充分赋权作陪伴等六条系统性乡村建设思路,并以山东省济宁市下辛庄村为实践案例,论证系统性乡村建设思路的实践指导作用。

Beautiful village construction is an important aspect of realizing the goal of beautiful China, and the systemic village construction which contains village style construction and village economy development two aspects is an important way to realize beautiful village construction. The paper summarized the current situation and main problems of beautiful village construction, thinking from perfecting the village planning system, optimizing the planning and designing methods, changing the role of the designer, and putting forward a systematic method which contains six steps to realize the systemic village construction, such as digging culture firstly, industry revitalization as a precondition, public participation as the fbundation, multi cooperative to promote the development, practical development from the point to surface, full empower the villagers and accompany the growth. Taking Xiaxinzhuang village of Jining as an example, this paper demonstrated the practical guiding role of the systematic village construction.
