以项目谋划促进历史文化名村保护与面貌提升——以井陉县于家村面貌改造提升规划为例

在河北省全面实施农村面貌提升工作的背景下,结合历史文化名村保护要求的特殊性,开展了国家级历史文化名村——于家村的面貌提升工作。通过对村庄的价值特色、面貌现状问题进行分析,从整体梳理和项目谋划两个层面展开工作,重点改造提升村落整体环境、传统建筑、街巷环境,保护村庄传统文化,突出村庄特色、打造民俗旅游精品。文章以石家庄市井陉县于家村历史文化名村面貌改造提升规划为例,通过梳理古村落历史文化价值,在整体把握的基础上将古村落保护要求与面貌提升工作结合起来,并细化为实施项目,从而促进历史文化名村保护与面貌提升。
