基于线性权重法的人居环境评价方法研究——以河南省小城镇人居环境建设为例

Study on the Evaluation Method of Human Settlement Environment Based on Linear Weight Method:Taking the Construction of Human Settlements in Small Towns of Henan Province as an Example

本文通过对已有人居环境评价方法的研究,提出了优化的线性权重评价方法。作为线性权重法的新拓展研究方法,本文简要概括了各种线性权重法的特点和优缺点,并以河南省北阳镇、付店镇、出山镇、太清宫镇、董家河镇五个建制镇作为研究对象,运用本文提出的新方法对其进行人居环境评价研究,得出河南省小城镇人居环境建设在居住环境方面的较好,自然生态环境、人口方面一般,社会经济环境和资源利用方面发展较差的结论,最后针对结论,提出了河南省小城镇人居环境建设的优化措施。

In this paper, an optimized method of linear weight evaluation is proposed by studying the existing methods of human settlements evaluation. As a new method of linear weighting, this paper first briefly summarizes the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various linear weighting methods. Then, it takes Beiyang town, Fudian town, Chushan town, Taiqinggong town and Dongjiahe town in Henan province as the research object. Based on the new method proposed in this paper, the evaluation of human setdements in these towns is conducted. We conclude that the construction of human settlements in small towns in Henan province is better in terms of living environment, followed by natural ecological environment and population development, and the development of soeio-economic environment and resource utilization is poor. Finally, according to the conclusion, this paper puts forward the optimization measures of human settlements in small towns in Henan province.
