广州市城郊镇特色发展平台建设初探

The Preliminary Study on the Characteristic Development Platform's Construction of Suburban Towns in Guangzhou

新常态下随着城镇发展模式的转型,广州市城郊镇发展面临诸多问题与瓶颈。基于此,文章在分析借鉴浙江特色小镇建设、市地重划经验等同类型地区发展思路的基础上,结合自身基础条件,提出广州市城郊镇特色发展平台在空间统筹、产业及设施配套、开发模式组织、政策机制优化等方面的具体建设策略,旨在尝试探讨具有广州特色的城郊镇发展路径。

Along with the transformation of the urban development model, Guangzhou suburban towns＇ development is facing many problems and bottlenecks. This paper is based on the same type of regional development ideas, including the construction of characteristic towns in Zhejiang and the international experience of urban land readjustment, and also combined with the features of itself, it proposed that the suburban towns in Guangzhou should to set up the characteristic development platform, and also put forward the specific implementation strategies, including the platform lands planning as a whole; the industrial lands and public facilities offering; organization of development mode etc. All these strategies are trying to discuss with the suburban towns development path in Guangzhou .
