脑出血患者血清果糖胺、血糖联合检测的临床研究

摘要 目的 探讨血清果糖胺、血糖水平与脑出血的相互关系。方法 分别采用比色法、葡萄糖氧化酶法测定 30例患者的血清果糖胺、血糖 ,设立健康或标准对照组 ;观察 2指标与病情、预后的关系。结果 脑出血组果糖胺、血糖水平及异常率均高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,血糖异常率高于果糖胺的异常率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,果糖胺异常者脑出血发病的相对危险度是健康对照的 13.4 5倍 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;高血糖或高血糖伴高果糖胺者病情重、预后差 ,高果糖胺者血糖多持续增高。结论 果糖胺及血糖增高是脑出血的危险因素 ,联合检测能推断患者血糖增高的原因、判断脑应激反应的水平 ,是判断病情。 Objection The study aims at exploring the relationship between the serum level of Fructosamin (FTM) and Blood sugar (BS) and cerebral haemorrhage. Methods Serum level of FTM and BS was measured in 30 patients with cerebral haemorrage and 30 controls by Colormetry and Glucooxygenase assay respectively. Results The serum levels of FTM and BS and positive rate in cerebral haemorrhage group were significant higher than that in control group (P<0.01).The positive rate of BS was higher than that of FTM (P<0.05).The relative risk causing cerebral haemorrhage in group with abnormal serum level of FTM was as 13.45 times as control group (P<0.05).The patients with BS seruml evel over normal or BS and FTM serum level over normal have more severe conditions and worse prognosis. The patients with high FTM serum levels often have persistent raising serum concentration of BS.Conclusion The rise of serum levels of FTM and BS was the risk factors for cerebral haemorrage. Codetermination of FTM and BS may reason the cause of increasing BS serum levels and evaluate the response ability of the brain to stress.The serum measurement of FTM and BS were a effective method for judging the stage of diseases, evaluating prognosis and guiding treartment.
