无皂核壳型硅丙乳液的制备及其涂层防腐蚀性能研究

摘要 以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(VTMS)为功能单体,烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)为可聚合乳化剂,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了无皂核壳型有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(硅丙)乳液,并将得到的乳液制备成防腐蚀涂层。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对硅丙乳液的组成和形貌进行表征,通过接触角、吸水率、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)等测试VTMS用量对性能的影响。结果表明:当VTMS占单体质量的9%时,制备的涂层具有良好的附着力、疏水性和较好的防腐蚀性能。 Soap-free core-shell silicon-acrylate emulsion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerizationwith vinyhrimethoxysilane (VTMS) as functional monomer and ammonium allyloxtmethylate nonylphenolethoxylates sulfate (DNS-86) as reactive surfactant. Then the anti-corrosion coatings were prepared usingsilicon-acrylate emulsion. The structure and morphology of silicon-acrylate emulsion was characterized byfourier transform infrared speetroseopy(FT-IR) and transmission electron mieroseopy(TEM). The effect of thecomposite coatings" properties with different content VTMS was tested by contact angle, water absorbsion,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the coating had good adhesion,hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance when the VTMS was used in an amount of 9% of monomer.
