三层水性丙烯酸酯重防腐涂层的制备与性能研究

摘要 针对不同涂层的功能要求选用不同特点的成膜物质和功能填料,设计并制备了三层水性丙烯酸酯重防腐涂层材料。通过各功能涂层之间的独特配合,有效提高了涂层对重腐蚀介质的抗渗透性以及对碳钢的附着力,耐盐雾性能可以达到35 d。制备的涂层性能优于传统的溶剂型涂层,可用于抗酸、碱、盐或石油化工等重防腐领域。 Three layers waterborne acrylate heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings were designed and prepared.Different film-forming materials and functional fillers were used in different coatings according theircharacteristics. It effectively improved the anti-permeability to heavy-duty corrosion medium and adhesionto carbon steel due to the unique match between different layers, the performance of salt spray resistancecan reach 35 d. The performance of three layers acrylate coatings was better than that of the traditionalsolvent coatings. It can be used for acid, alkali, salt or petrochemical and other heavy-duty corrosionconditions.
