摘要
为了选取更适合在铝锂合金表面上使用的化铣保护胶,对比了AC-850和HX-500 2种常用化铣保护胶在铝锂合金上面的刻型性、耐蚀性、可剥性和侵蚀比。结果表明:HX-500综合性能良好,为铝锂合金上使用的最佳化铣胶。
In order to select the more suitable chemical milling protective coating used on the surface ofaluminum lithium alloy, the shape, corrosion resistance, peelable and erosion ratio of two kinds of commonchemical milling protective coatings (AC-850 and HX-500) were compared. The results show that the HX-500 has good comprehensive properties, which is the best chemical milling protective coating for aluminumlithium alloy.
