摘要
海水冷却塔混凝土的腐蚀环境恶劣,腐蚀机理复杂。研究发现,碳化、Cl^-侵蚀和SO_4^(2-)腐蚀是腐蚀破坏的主要原因,表面涂装防护技术是一种非常有效的工程措施。通过混凝土腐蚀机理分析,从防腐涂料附着力、耐碱能力、抗Cl^-渗透能力、耐盐雾性能、耐老化能力和工程造价等方面论证,推荐选用环氧树脂封闭底漆、改性环氧玻璃鳞片中间漆以及聚氨酯面漆的有机方案。
The corrosion environment of seawater cooling tower concrete is bad and the concrete corrosionmechanism is complex. Research shows that carbonation, chloride ion penetration and sulfate radical ioncorrosion are the main causes of corrosion damage of concrete structure, and the anti-corrosion coating onconcrete surface is an effective anti-corrosion project method. Combined with the analysis of concretecorrosive mechanism, and adhesion alkali resistance, chlorine anion penetration resistance, salt fogresistance, aging resistant ability and the cost of coating, the selection for organic coating solution of epoxyprimer, epoxy glass flake intermediate paint and polyurethane finish are recommended.
