摘要 介绍了桥式烘房烘干的结构原理、IMC机运输送方式的结构及优势,具体叙述了在生产过程中节能降耗的4项节能措施,分别为开机时间缩短、燃烧器分区随线关闭、部分燃烧器延时开启、双班生产间隙延时开机,详细描述了实施的具体方法。4项节能措施直接经济效益约70万元/a,其他间接效益如减少环境污染、减少废弃物排放、减少设备磨损等未测算。 The structure principle of bridge drying room and the structure and advantages of IMC conveyingmode are introduced. Four energy-saving measm-es in the production process are described, which areshortening the starting time, closing the partition of the burner with the line, delaying the opening of someburners, and delaying the start-up of the double production gap, the specific method of implementation isdescribed in detail. In addition, four energy-saving measures" direct et.'onomic benefits is about 700thousand yuan/a, other indirect benefits, such as reducing enviromnental pollution, reducing waste discharge,and reducing equipment wear, have not been measured.
