摘要
随着医疗卫生改革的不断深化以及公立医院改革试点工作的逐步开展,各级各类的医院管理者逐渐意识到,医院之间的竞争不能仅停留在技术、设备等硬件层面上,还需要更多地关注文化、服务等软实力。本文以黄石市妇幼保健院创建JCI为例,探讨JCI标准的引入对医院文化建设和优化提出了更高的要求,使之成为完善和提升医院精神文化、制度文化和行为文化的有效手段。
With the deepening of China's medical reform and the development of public hospital reform pilot, the hospital managers gradually realized that the competition among hospitals did not only lie in technology, equipment and other hardware, but also soft power including culture and service. Taking Huangshi Maternity and Children's Health Hospital as an example, this article analyzed that the introduction of JCI standards put forward higher request for hospital culture construction and optimization, and that it turned to be an effective approach of improving the hospital spirit culture, system culture and behavior culture.
