Mutual Trust Issue in Contemporary Sino-Russian Relations

2014年,中俄两国领导人宣布中俄关系进入新阶段,成为俄罗斯"向东看"的核心部分,意味着两国将进一步加强团结与合作。在此条件下,信任问题,不仅包括政治上的信任,还包括商业上的信任,就具有特殊的意义。现阶段,最高政治层面的信任关系主要得益于中国民众的友好意识,但由于俄罗斯国内的商业环境不佳,中方对俄罗斯作为商业伙伴的信任还远远不够。对此,俄罗斯领导层非常重视提升外国投资者的信心,但改革派却坚持要进行更加激进的变革。

Sino-Russian relations had entered a brand-new phase according to a proclamation by Chinese and Russian leaders in 2014. Since China and Russia are expected to consolidate their solidarity and cooperation,the mutual trust issue is of special significance. However, China 's faith in Russia as a commercial partner is obviously inadequate owing to Russia's unfavorable business climate. For this reason, Russian leaders attach more importance to the enhancement the confidence of foreign investors despite the fact that the reformists adhere to more radical changes.
