子宫内膜异位症患者血清IL-2、IL-6与TNF-α检测的意义

The significance of determining the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of patient with endometriosis

目的 探讨血清中细胞因子在子宫内膜异位症 (EMS)发病中的作用。方法 采用放射免疫分析方法 ,对 80例EMS患者和 5 0例正常对照者血清中IL - 2、IL - 6和TNF -α进行检测。结果 EMS患者血清中IL - 2、IL - 6和TNF-α含量均明显高于正常对照者 (P <0 .0 1) ,并且三者随临床分期的增加而增加 ,手术后则其含量逐渐下降至正常水平。结论 检测EMS患者血清中IL - 2、IL - 6和TNF -α含量 ,可以判断EMS患者的免疫状态 ,对于观察疾病的发展 ,制定防治措施具有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the effect of cytokines in serum on the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods With the help of RIA, the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum of both 80 patients with EMS and 50 controls were determined. Results The levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in the serum of patients with EMS were significantly higher than that of controls (P<0.01), and increased with the increase in clinical terms. After operation, the levels reduced gradually to normal. Conclusions Determination of the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of patients with EMS is instrumental to evaluate the immune status, which possesses significance for the observation of the progress of the disease and for the preventive measures.
