摘要
后张法预应力技术已被广泛应用于桥梁工程中,其成熟的施工工艺已成为桥梁工程的主要施工方法。但部分施工现场管理粗放,从业人员素质良莠不齐及施工质量缺陷等问题时有发生。结合武汉某市政工程的桥梁的预应力施工,对施工过程中的预应力展开研究,经过研究,施工过程中容易出现各种难以避免的问题,如波纹管预埋不顺直、锚垫板偏位等会对预应力筋产生明显不利影响,可通过优化建造管理减少或解决问题的产生,对优化现浇连续梁桥的预应力施工管理起到积极的促进作用。
Post-tensioned prestressing technology has been widely used in bridge engineering, and its mature construction technology has become the main construction method of bridge engineering. But some of the construction site management extensive, the quality of practitioners and the quality of construction defects and other problems have occurred. In this paper, we study the prestressing of the bridge in a municipal project in Wuhan. After this study, it is easy to avoid various problems in the construction process. If the corrugated pipe is not embedded properly, plate bias and so on will have a significant negative impact on the prestressed tendons can be achieved by optimizing the construction management to reduce or solve the problem, to optimize the cast-in-place continuous beam bridge prestressed construction management play a positive role in promoting.
