结合印尼某高速公路项目,通过装配式U形梁施工技术研究,按反弯点处拆分原则,将大跨U形梁拆分为小段小构件,采用标准化、模数化、工厂化施工生产,然后运至现场,采用无支架地面组装技术进行组装,这一施工技术在印尼CISUMDAWU高速公路项目得到很好的应用。

Through the research on the construction technology of prefabricated U beam, according to the inflection point at the separation principle, the large span U beam split into small small components, the use of standardized, modular construction, factory production, and then shipped to the site, the ground support assembly technology for assembly, the construction technology has good application in Indonesia CISUMDAWU Expressway project.
