主要从城市双修、产业转型、可持续发展等角度出发,寻求低碳的城市生长方式,构建可持续发展的生态空间,重新组合城市空间格局,提出低碳修复、新旧动能转换的北岸城区协同发展及城乡一体化发展策略,提升北岸城区发展动力及影响力,同时也对于其他相同类型的城市协同发展提供了一定的借鉴意义。
