摘要 BIM技术作为一种全新的理念及系统性方案,在建筑行业受到广泛关注和认可。随着建筑产品资源库的逐步完善,BIM技术将在绿色建筑的大数据时代发挥重要作用。装配式建筑的发展使建筑工业化的未来框架日趋明朗,建筑信息化与建筑工业化相互融合的建造模式正逐步成为建筑行业的风向标,同时对绿色建筑的发展起到推动作用。通过分析建筑信息化同建筑工业化的融合,分析其对推动绿色建筑发展的可能。 BIM technology as a new concept and systematic program, which has been widely concerned and recognized in the construction industry, with the move further towards perfection of the building product resource library, BIM technology will play an important role in the large data times of green building. Additionally, the development of assembly structure makes the future framework of the construction industry increasingly bright, and the construction information and construction industrialization mutual combining construction model is gradually becoming the benchmark for the construction industry, while it leads to promote the development of green building.This article starts to promote the prospect of green building by analyzing the integration of construction information and construction industrialization.
