摘要
地下车行联系通道能够实现不同地下车库的泊位共享,减少地面交通拥堵。目前建成的地下车行通道均按照道路地道标准进行建设,地下空间利用率低,建设及运营成本高。针对地下车行联系通道行驶车速低,现有地下车库空间布局能够满足其通行限界等技术标准要求且造价较道路地道低的特点,提出利用地下车库布置地下车行通道的新模式,以节约土地资源及工程、运营费用,并给出了真如副中心的应用实例。
The underground road contacting different garage can share parking, and reduce traffic jams. The construction standard is according to road tunnel now, the disadvantage is low underground space utilization rate, high construction and operation cost. Considering the underground road speed is low, the existing underground garage space layout can meet its current limit and other technical standards, and its cost is low, a new underground road construction mode by using underground garage is proposed and used to a case in ZhenRu vice-center in Shanghai. The new construction mode can increase underground space utilization rate and reduce the construction and operation cost.
