基于对EPC工程总承包模式的概念、EPC总承包模式特点及设计管理重要性进行简要介绍,对EPC工程总承包模式下设计管理的过程,采购施工的融合性,工程造价控制的决定性等特点进行了阐述,并对设计方案经济性、可施工性、设计质量等管理重点进行了初步研究,就EPC工程总承包模式下的设计管理方面,从设计管理体制创新、设计人员综合素质和能力培养,设计同采购及施工等环节的配合和衔接,设计对工程造价成本制约等方面提出了一些合理化建议,切实发挥EPC工程总承包模式的优势。
