桥梁桩基的抗拔试验及施工质量控制分析

摘要 某铁路桥梁工程拟建场地地质条件较差,又无实际可参考项目,在桥梁桩基施工前,需对其进行试桩试验。基于此,对该桥梁钻孔灌注桩的试桩进行了抗拔试验,简述抗拔试验的试验方法及现场试验结果,并分析测试结果,根据荷载–桩顶位移曲线可知,桩身和桩周土在竖向荷载作用下未发生整体性破坏。介绍桥梁桩基施工及质量控制措施,并得出相应的经验,有利于桥梁桩基的施工和质量控制。 The geological conditions of a railway bridge project are poor, and there is no practical reference project. Before the construction of the bridge pile foundation, it is necessary to test the pile. Based on this, the paper has carried out the anti-drawing test on the test pile of the cast-in-place bored pile and got the corresponding experience, the test method and field test results of uplift test are briefly described, and the test results are analyzed. According to the load pile top displacement curve, there is no overall damage of pile body and pile belly under vertical load. This paper introduces the construction and quality control measures of bridge pile foundation, and draws the corresponding experience, and it is conducive to the construction and quality control of bridge pile foundation.
