摘要
为了验证红花羊蹄甲种子提取物是否有抑菌活性,通过超声波破碎提取红花羊蹄甲种子的活性物质,再由超滤离心管分离其中的蛋白。平板抑菌圈试验结果表明,该活性物质对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、番茄青枯菌、柑橘溃疡病菌和烟草野火细菌6种病原菌均有抑制作用。SDS-PAGE电泳结果表明,抑菌物质不是蛋白质组分。
For validating the antimicrobial activity of extraction from Bauhinia blakeana seeds, the paper chose ultra- sonic to crush the seeds, and centrifuge tube to separate the proteins from extracts. The results of plate inhibitory ex- periments showed that the extracts had inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Ralstonia solanacearum, Xanthomonas citri subsp, citri and Pseudomonas syringae pv. tobaci. The results of SDS- PAGE showed that antimicrobial substances in the extracts were not protein components.
