摘要
将丙二腈与对甲基苯甲醛置于乙醇中,室温下搅拌,迅速反应,得到高纯度产物4-甲基苯亚甲基丙二腈。通过单因素实验得到最佳反应条件:搅拌2h,温度25℃,丙二腈:对甲基苯甲醛的物质的量比=1:1,产率为92%。本法反应条件温和,不加催化剂,后处理步骤简便,产率高,为芳亚甲基丙二腈的合成提供了一条低污染、高产率的绿色合成途径。
Mixing malononiteile and p-Tolualdehyde in ethyl alcohol,quick reaction at room temperature was obtained for pure 4-methyl benzene methylene malononitrile.The best reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment:2 hours stir,the temperature is 25℃,malononiteile :p-Tolualdehyde=1:1,and then yield was 92%.Without catalyst,the reaction condition is mild,the treatment is simple,and the product yield is high.This for the synthesis of Arylmethylenemalononitrile created a high yield rate,low pollution of green synthetic route.
