摘要
对食品添加剂硫酸钙新旧版本国家标准GB1886.6-2016和GB1892-2007进行差异分析。经过仔细对比找出了新版国家标准在标准名称、发布单位、重金属检测方法、检测设备、检验规则等内容上的变更。通过分析我们了解到国家对食品的安全已提到非常重要的位置。新标准检测方法更加规范,检验设备更加齐全,重金属含量检测由限量检测变成了定量检测。在实验过程中数据更加精准,误差更小,提高了检测结果的有效性。
This paper analyses the differences between the latest version GB1886.6-2016 and the former version GB1892-2007 of food additive calcium sulfate.Find out the changed content of new national standard,about the name,release unit,heavy metal detection method,detection equipment,inspection rules,etc.Through the analysis we know that our nation has put the food hygiene to an essential position.The detection methods are more normatively,detection equipments are more completely,limited detection method of the heavy metal content has changed into quantitative detection in the new standard.The data is more accurate,it reduces the error,improves the effectiveness of the detection results in the experimental process.
