摘要 介绍了中科合成油技术公司的中温煤炭间接液化技术在神华宁夏煤业集团工业应用情况及存在的问题和解决措施。项目费托合成装置具有系列多、规模大、配置复杂的特点。在试车生产过程中,暴露出了汽提塔设计不合理,油水分离不完全、循环换热分离器分离效果差等制约装置稳定运行的技术问题。产品分析结果表明:合成中间产品主要由直链饱和烃和烯烃组成,主要碳数分布从C1到C80,甚至更高,同时还含有一定量的含氧有机化合物,如醇、醛、酸等。通过加氢处理生产的柴油品质优于用原油加工出来的柴油品质,但是其密度也达不到GB 19147-2013车用柴油的规定的标准,可作为调和组分销售。 The existing problems and solutions of the industrial application of medium-temperature coal indirect liquefaction technology in Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co,Ltd was introduced.The project of Fischer-Tropsch(F-T) synthesis device has the features of multi series,large scale,complex configuration.In the testing process,the unreasonable design of stripper,the incomplete separation of oil and water and the poor separation effect of the circulation-heat separator are restricted the stable operation of the plant.The product analysis results show that the synthesis of intermediate products is mainly composed of straight chain saturated hydrocarbons and olefins,the main carbon number distribution from C1 to C80,or even higher.A certain amount of oxygen-containing organic compounds is found,such as alcohol,aldehyde,acid,etc..The quality of diesel produced by hydrotreating process is superior to the quality of diesel from crude oil,but its density is not up to the standard for the GB 19147-2013 diesel engine,which can be used as a harmonic component for sale.
