摘要
压缩机冷却是保证压缩机使用性能和效率的重要环节,压缩机性能的好坏直接影响到整个加气站运行的可靠性和经济性。本文介绍了3种常用的压缩机冷却方法及适用场合,并通过闭式水循环系统冷却技术在CNG加气站的应用实例,对比分析了闭式水循环系统和传统的开式水循环系统在CNG加气站应用中的性能优势和价值优势。
Compressor cooling is the important link to ensure the compressor performance and efficiency,the compressor performance has a direct impact on the whole stations running reliability and economy.This paper introduces three kinds of commonly used compressor cooling method and the applicable occasions,and through the application examples of the Closed water circulation system Cooling technology in the CNG stations,to comparative analyze the performance advantage and value advantage of the Closed water circulation system and the traditional open water circulation system.
