"一带一路"倡议是经济全球化和区域经济一体化的产物,是中国深化对外开放、构建开放型经济体系的重要举措。纵观国际制造业发展历程,中国、美国和德国发挥了巨大作用,尤其是德国"工业4.0"战略的提出正式吹响世界新一轮科技革命的号角。"一带一路"沿线国家多处在初级工业化发展阶段,需要国际社会资本、技术和管理的大力支持,从需求层面看具备承接中国产业转移的能力。航空发动机、工业机器人等高端制造业以及"互联网+"行动计划和"中国制造2025"将在"一带一路"倡议的实施中发挥重要牵引作用。"一带一路"倡议下,为掌握国际区域经济合作主动权,中国应该积极布局制造业,加强国际合作。

Rooted in the economic globalization and regional economic integration, the Belt and Road Initiative is an important project for China to deepen the opening up and constructing an open economic system. In terms of the evolving process of international manufacturing industry, China, the United States and Germany have been playing a significant role, and in particularly the strategy of Industry 4.0 put forward by Germany pilots the new revolution of science and technology. Plenty of countries along the Belt and Road are in the starting phase of industrial development, and in great need of the international capital, technology and management support, who have the ability to inherit the transfer of China＇ s industry in terms of need. The advanced manufacturing industries, such as the large airplanes, aircraft engines and industrial robots, along with the ＂Interuet Plus＂ Action Plan of and Made in China 2025, will play a leading role in the enforcement of the Belt and Road Initiative. With this initiative, China should actively layout its manufacturing industry and strengthen the international cooperation so as to gain the initiatives in the internationally regional economic cooperation.
