摘要
本文对OEPCB的发展进程进行了阐述。介绍了光电印制电路板的结构原理和工作模式,尤其对光电印制电路板中的光电转换模块和激光器的原理进行阐述,同时阐述了几种主要的光波导材料,对比各种光波导材料的优缺点。最后介绍了光电印制电路板光波导层的多种制造工艺和基本性能要求,对OEPCB光波导层进行阐述。
In this paper, the development of optical electronic printed circuit boards (OEPCB) was reviewed. The structure of OEPCB and working principle were introduced, especially for the photo-translating system and the principle of laser. It introduced different optical waveguide materials by comparing them. The molding process of polymer optical waveguide layers and performance index were introduced. It systematically introduced the technology of Optical Electronic Printed Circuit Boards.
